Friends For Life Residential Care – Toledo, OH
Salary: Pay Rates Based Upon experience and Certifications for all positions.

Friends for Life Residential Care is seeking full time employees to work as a Site Manager over our Direct Support Professionals working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities. There are some 1st shifts available, but mostly 2nd and 3rd shifts. The hours vary due to location. We will work with your availability.

All Site Manager positions require:

Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and good driving record, less than 6 points
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED required
Must complete background check BCII/FBI check if you haven’t lived in Ohio for 5 years
Experience in the DD field is preferred but not required
Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds consistently
Must be able to work every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
Major Duties and Responsibilities include: Assisting clients with personal care including but not limited to: bathing, grooming and personal hygiene, oral hygiene, dressing, and feeding. Help the clients with meal planning, cleaning, grocery shopping, and various other duties and responsibilities as needed. You may be expected to work at different sites other than the site you supervisor. You will be required to attend weekly management meetings, help with scheduling, help schedule and transport individuals to medical appointments. You must be able to complete continuing education class/courses on individuals with developmental disabilities.
